This notice explains what information Invictus Omaha FC collects through this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.
What we collect
When you submit a player profile, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, primary position, date of birth, height, current club or level, football background and, for players under 18, a parent or guardian's email address. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Like most websites, we may also collect basic, anonymous usage information (such as pages visited and device type) through analytics tools, to understand how the site is used and improve it.
Why we collect it
Player profile information is used only by the Invictus Omaha FC football department to review players, contact applicants about ID sessions and trials, and manage our player pool. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Players under 18
Players under 18 should complete the form with a parent or guardian and include that parent or guardian's email address. We will include the parent or guardian in any follow-up communication. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this site.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-handling service, and stored in Invictus Omaha FC email accounts. These providers process the information only so that we can receive it.
How long we keep it
We keep player profiles for as long as they are useful for player identification, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact with the club, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time by emailing contact@invictusomaha.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
